The METRC Package import has been fixed. The import packages page was affected by the November 2nd. update. This bug has been fixed.

We posted an update yesterday to fix a problem that was making the system perform slowly. After the update we received reports of problems with retrieving Metrc data. These issues have also been fixed.

Please make sure your OMMPOS is up-to-date. Clear your web browser by clicking CTRL-ALT-DELETE on your keyboard and clear your cached files. Please give us a call with any questions.

We have increased system speed to prepare for 4/20.

The system is now faster to handle the increased 4/20 traffic.

The New Pre-Roll button DOES NOT work right now.

We received notice from METRC that a change that METRC made to its own system broke the ability of every POS system in Oregon to create new packages, including pre-rolls. We will update you as soon as this changes. Please see attached METRC notice below.

We posted an update this evening that makes changes to sales and delivery. We also fixed a IPad Login bug.

New Delivery Workflow

Now from the Sales screen if you start a new order by clicking the DELIVERY button you will be able to select a destination customer and then print a delivery manifest. 

Updated Sales Page

We updated the sales page to rapidly search all customers. 

IPad Login Error

We fixed an issue that prevented some users from logging in to OMMPOS with an IPad. 

New Report

The new Sales by Category report groups and totals your sales by category. Click the + sign to drill down into specific sales. 

Bug Fixes

We have received reports of discrepancies in the Enhanced Inventory report. We have posted a patch to fix this error. If you have any questions about the update please give us a call.

The update that we posted last night to fix the Metrc issue had its own issues so werolloed the updateback. We found what went wrong and fixed it. Metrc reporting and package information should now work properly again.

A recent change to the METRC API prevented some store from seeing correct numbers under the Metr column of the Products page. This issue may have also resulted in old packages looking like they needed to be re-imported. This issue has been fixed. We are sorry for the inconvience. We are receiving reports that the data in the METRC column of the product page is missing for several products. We are working with METRC to resolve the issue ASAP. We found and fixed an error with the new Timeclock feature. This timecard bug caused clock in and clock out times to be unreliable. The bug is fixed and the timecard is now time trackig accurately. Please call me with any questions. Thanks, Raja - 971-276-3371
